Blue Sky is situated in Tsurumaki, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
By train: It is a short walk from Sakura Shinmachi station on the Denen-toshi line, an extension of the Hanzomon line, only 4 stops by local train from Shibuya.
By car: It is close to Route 246, just off Tsurumaki Dori. There is some pay parking available nearby.
